Patch 2.1

Howdy folks!

To coincide with the start of the upcoming month of playtesting, I am going through all of the playbooks and adding changes to wording and mechanics as suggested by folks who have run the playbooks. I have tweaked the Dragon Eyes mechanic to encourage its use more and have it more readily available for usage in combat. I have also changed up an expert advance to provide less redundancy in advances and give a bit more variability in options for growth.
