Patch 1.1

Howdy folks!

Just adding in a few minor quality of life buffs and nerfs to the class after seeing it in action during a playtest I just wrapped up today. As a whole, the playbook seems to be running very smoothly and hits quite hard without needing too much setup. While it is quite strong, I think it sits in a comfortable place of needing a lot of careful planning but being very rewarding when it works out.
