Patch 5.0

Howdy folks!

So, The Star Seer has definitely been a playbook I have struggled a lot with in terms of getting it written to a point I am satisfied with. As I was working with experience with the class given its inspiration's version in the Shadowbringers expansion, I tried to cram a lot of dual characteristics into the class that ultimately didn't work the way I wanted. As such, I have decided to forgo some of the more boring advances to better lean into that duality and bring up more of its fate weaving themes.

It is now in a better place in terms of advances and clarity that I think will better allow players to lean into the complexity while still remaining customizable in terms of its mechanics and the preferred playstyle of the user. Best wishes to everyone still interested in the playbook.
