Patch 3.1

Howdy folks!

After a playtest of the base playbook, I decided to tweak a few advances and aspects of the core design to make better use of the Arcanum dice.

The Attack action will now use the Arcanum dice, a few advances have been tweaked to rely more on using the Arcanum dice in place of relying so heavily on the Study skill, and I have tweaked the Expert Advances to have a new Advance that better changes the options available during endgame levels. I hope these changes help flesh out the options for the player wishing to play with fate in a few more ways than I was previously allowing them to do so.
