Patch 2.1

Howdy folks!

After having an actual playtest just happen, I decided to weak a few mechanics and advances to better improve on the issues the class may have during awkward turn orders. I have changed around a few advances to make the playbook a little less focused exclusively on the Fae elements and a bit more on the tactician/protector elements of its core theme. Hopefully this helps provide a bit more flexibility and less downtime for players who do give it a go for their Healer class.
