Patch 2.0

Howdy folks!

Here with a quick update regarding some recent changes I have made to make this class a bit stronger relative to its counterparts.  I have increased the strength of this class' trademark ability in order to better emphasize its ability to hone in on one target and make it easier for others to take down. In addition to this, I have tried to balance the advances a bit more in order to provide more variability in the potential choices players could make regarding their preferred playstyle. As always with these changes, I try to center player agency and choice and I hope these changes make the playbook a bit more enticing for those who are interested in it.
